At nollen, we want you to feel comfortable in every garment. If you need to make an exchange or return, you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

How to do it?

1. Write to us at nollenbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
2. We will tell you the address to which you should send the garment.
3. Once received and verified, we will make the corresponding refund or exchange.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions

• The garment must be unused, unwashed, and with its original tag.
• We do not accept returns of personalized or promotional items (except if they are defective).
