Exchanges and returns

At Nollen, we want you to feel comfortable with every item. If you need to return or exchange your item, you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive it.

How to do it?

  1. Write to us at nollenbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
  2. We will tell you the address to which you should send the garment.
  3. Once received and verified, we will issue the corresponding refund or exchange.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to avoid incidents.

Conditions

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and with its original tag.
  • We do not accept returns on personalized or promotional items (unless they are defective).
